Brazil offers 2 free events for less pain, more love

Two free online events are being offered in the coming weeks to help people dealing with loneliness, self-doubt, and emotional overload.

The first event is the Power of Love Summit, a free online gathering scheduled from June 2 to June 8. The summit features conversations with more than 40 experts in psychology, spirituality, trauma healing, and relationships. Participants include Tara Brach, Kristin Neff, Sharon Salzberg, Rick Hanson, Nicole LePera, and the Gottmans.

The summit covers topics such as healing emotional wounds, rediscovering personal worth, building self-love, quieting self-doubt, creating deeper connections in relationships, mending family ties, and turning heartbreak into strength. The event also includes breathwork, guided meditation, journaling, dance, affirmations, and a sound bath.

Organizers say the summit goes beyond surface-level advice to address the root causes of disconnection and self-doubt. The event explores all forms of love, including self-love, romantic partnership, family bonds, friendship, and the role of love in healing communities.

The second event is The Seven Strengths, a free week-long online course focused on finding calm and steadiness during stressful times. The course starts on May 13. It offers short daily teachings and guided practices aimed at helping people feel calmer, less reactive, and more emotionally resilient. The course also helps participants reconnect with compassion and clarity.

The Seven Strengths course normally costs $110, but it is being offered for free as a gesture of support during challenging times. The event features teachers including Rick Hanson, Sharon Salzberg, and Kristin Neff. Participants receive three bonus gifts upon registration.

Both events are available for free online. Organizers hope the teachings will bring more peace and love into people’s lives.
